Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Tomasz Sołtys, and I am a recruitment professional with over 14 years of experience in international recruitment agencies, as an internal recruiter in product and consulting companies, and as the owner of my own IT recruitment consultancy.

Throughout my career, I have matched hundreds of talented software development team members with dozens of inspiring leaders. I have also created and implemented short and long-term recruitment strategies, led teams, and managed recruitment department budgets. I specialize in building and scaling up software development teams, designing strategies and guidelines based on best practices, and sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of roles, including backend and frontend developers, mobile developers, DevOps engineers, machine learning and data science engineers, and more.

Currently, I am the owner of my own IT recruitment consultancy, SOLTYS.US. I provide recruitment, consulting, and team building services, and I am passionate about linking the best IT talents from Poland and the CEE region with the best IT companies from all around the world.

Prior to starting my own consultancy, I worked at CGI as a Lead/Senior IT Talent Acquisition Consultant for over 6 years. In this role, I acted as a point of contact and SME for all recruitment-related cases, acted as a recruitment lead for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and provided coaching and support for team members. I collaborated with hiring managers to specify recruitment needs and priorities, created and improved recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions, sourced and interviewed candidates, maintained engagement with individuals in the talent pipeline, promoted the employee referral program, and participated in job fairs and company events.

Before CGI, I worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruitment Manager at Webinterpret, where I managed external recruiters, collaborated with management to specify recruitment needs and priorities, created recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions, sourced and interviewed candidates, and maintained engagement with individuals in the talent pipeline.

In addition, I worked as an IT Recruiter at Sygnity and as an IT Recruitment Consultant/Manager at CGI. I have also worked as a freelancer and as a research consultant for companies like ELAN IT, Oprandi, and ISG.
